Jim Agnew leads the vocational-technical welding program at Interlake High School, which helps his students gain skills that prepare them for future careers, further schooling and real-world experiences.
Cal Glomstad teaches Contemporary World Issues and Video Production at the Washington Youth Academy in Bremerton. He has an innovative teaching style - thoughtfully weaving both subjects together in order to encourage his Cadets to think differently about the world and their lives. Cal assigns a short film project where he sees the Cadets’ creativity and storytelling abilities shine through.
