My authorization to withdraw my monthly donation from the account I indicated shall remain in effect until I notify KCTS 9 that I wish to change it or end it and KCTS 9 has a reasonable amount of time to act on my request. My first contribution will be processed within one business day of submitting my donation and each subsequent month on the same date. A record of each payment will appear on my monthly bank or credit card statement and will serve as my receipt.

Funds received for the capital campaign will be used to cover the costs of purchasing the building, improvements, as well as ongoing costs associated with operating and maintaining the facility. In cases where donations exceed what is needed for such purposes, Cascade Public Media will use funds in the most effective way possible to advance our mission.
