I have now installed a 14ft by 10 ft UHF/Vhf antenna in hopes of getting ch 9 again. According to antennaweb.org I should aim my antenna at 203 degrees which is the same for 11 ( I live in Monroe ). I have a preamp and I have tried rescanning numerous times on 3 different tv's. Still all I see if I enter 9-1, 9-2, or 9-3 0% signal. What could I possibly do except for moving to Seattle to get your station again. It used to work perfect on UHF.

I did the rescan and still nothing. First, thing I do is will stop sending $$$$ money to KCTS, instead that envelope is headed to the shredder and the money in my pocket to pay for groceries and gas for car.
KCTS Does not care about me getting the signal so why should I send them any $$$ money.

I live on the center of Vashon Island and get chan 4,5,7,16, and many more. But not chan 9. I'm using a brand new powered HD antenna with a brand new Sony HDTV. Everything works great except for KCTS. What's different about your HD signal from everyone else?

Considering that there are many that can't receive the vhf signal after the switch, how about simulcasting until things got straighten out? WHDH boston is already doing that. http://www.wten.com/Global/story.asp?S=10544217

Hi I live in Olympia and previous to this had purchased a uhf antenna to pair up with my vhf antenna and was able to receive both the analog and digital signals with adequate signal strength though not a strong signal. Now after rescanning there is no channel 9, 11, 7 or 4. Channel 5 and 13 come in fine so I know it is possible to get a signal from Seattle to Olympia. Your using vhf should eliminate some of the possible signal problems but you need to have a strong enough signal to cover your previous signal area.

We have lost all local stations and after scanning repeatedly only get channel 12 and it has problems coming in. It should not be necessary to connect with Direct or Dish, which has MUCH not worth watching, in order to get local programming.

I have just rescanned and get every network station, and then some, with the exception of KCTS. I live in Tacoma and have both a UHF and VHF antenna.
