John Gasperetti opened Gasperetti's Restaurant in 1966 at its current location in Yakima, carrying on the Italian heritage from his grandfather, who was also a chef. Gasperetti's also offers an award winning wine list featuring many wines from Yakima Valley. Regional vintners are highlighted throughout the year at Gasperetti's special dinners, accompanied with seasonal cuisine.
