Valley Fresh Fare features special guest Nancy Beveridge. Nancy and host Gayla Games are former co-owners of Greystone, a local restaurant in Yakima. Nancy will be preparing herb and cheese stuffed pork tenderloin milanese, barley and basmati rice risotto, and a pear craisin sauce. Nancy pairs the dishes with wines from Knight Hill Winery.
