Your contributions bring the promise of quality television to life for 2.2 million viewers every week. Individual donations comprise over 70% of our annual operating budget. You can support KCTS 9 at the level that fits your budget and enjoy the following giving circle benefits:

Patron Circle

KCTS 9 Patron Circle members share a passion for public broadcasting and a commitment to insure that KCTS 9 has the resources to produce and broadcast the best programs on television. You value KCTS 9 and we value you.

Silver Patron: $500 to $749
All the Individual Membership benefits, plus:

  • Invitations to in-studio tours and premieres with public broadcasting personalities, producers and executives
  • Recognition of your gift in the KCTS 9 Annual Report
  • Invitations to selected special events

Gold Patron: $750 to $999
All the Individual Membership and Silver Patron benefits, plus:

  • A gift membership for a friend (by request)
  • Invitation to serve as a volunteer during an on-air pledge event

Leadership Circle

All worthy endeavors require leadership. As a KCTS 9 Leadership Circle member, you help strengthen the impact of our work in the community and insure that there is always a place where in-depth information and fresh ideas are exchanged and the world can be explored on your terms.

Directors' Circle: $1,000 to $2,499
All the Individual Membership and Patron Circle benefits, plus:

  • Invitations to exclusive selected "Salon" events
  • Access to "Invitation Only" events with Public Television personalities and local celebrities
  • Advance notice of specific programs or events of special interest to you

Producer's Circle: $2,500 to $4,999
All the Individual Membership, Patron Circle and Directors' Circle benefits, plus:

  • Invitations to all exclusive "Salon Series" events - small, intimate gatherings with very special guests
  • Opportunities to invite an additional guest to Leadership Circle events
  • A private tour for a group of your choosing

President's Circle: $5,000 to $9,999
All the Individual Membership, Patron Circle, Directors' Circle and Producer's Circle benefits, plus:

  • Selection of up to five PBS productions on DVD or CD
  • Private luncheon with Maurice “Moss” Bresnahan, KCTS 9 President & CEO and special guest

Chairman's Circle: $10,000 and up
All the Individual Membership, Patron Circle, Directors' Circle, Producer's Circle and President's Circle benefits, plus:

  • Optional on-air listing several times throughout the year
  • Donation of a DVD of your choice to a school or nonprofit organization
