Meet the Author: Irshad Manji

A self-described Muslim-Refusenik, this author and television personality asks candid, personal and provocative questions about mainstream Islam today. She offers a vision of changes that can help move Muslims forward while reviving Islam’s lost tradition of independent thinking. Ms. Manji is featured in the film Faith Without Fear, screening at the Fairwood Library on April 1.
